Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Chris Bevacqua, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHNP) and creator of Good & Healthy Nutrition
I know what it’s like to struggle with your weight, energy and confidence
I’ve had serious challenges that left my body damaged and my mental state depressed
But I was able to overcome it and I can show you how too
No medications or expensive treatments are needed, just good old-fashioned dedication, patience and belief
In my practice, I use the latest research from the fields of nutrition, addiction, fitness, mindset and more, to help you create the perfect action plan that will boost your overall health, increase your energy, improve your self confidence and decrease your stress and anxiety
Previously, I worked with street youth, one of the most vulnerable populations, who dealt with mental health, violence, addiction and suicide on a daily basis. I served Family Services of Greater Vancouver as an Outreach Worker in this capacity from 2002 to 2006. Those were some of the greatest and proudest years of my life.
In 2016, I graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with honours and haven't looked back. I love the world of health and wellness and I especially love sharing what I've learned with others.
At 45, and 18 years recovered, I'm the healthiest, fittest and happiest I've ever been and I owe it all to a healthy holistic lifestyle.
My passion is to empower my clients to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves possible
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHNP) with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants
Many companies have benefits to access RHNP's, please follow up with your employer to see if you qualify

In both my addiction and nutrition practice, I employ a Harm Reduction Approach
If you're unfamiliar with Harm Reduction, it simply means reducing the harm in one's life
Essentially, this means cutting back the negatives while slowly increasing the positives
I understand that change takes time and that you can't rush the process
In Harm Reduction, this is called "meeting your client where they're at"
This is why my programs are built around working within your comfort zone and setting you up to win
There's no such thing as one size fits all - everyone’s journey to great health and confidence will look different but the tools used along the way tend to be the same
I'm here to provide you with these tools, to empower you to use them and support you along the way
It's true that people can recover from their addictions, from food, alcohol or otherwise
It takes time and effort but it can be done
There's no need to struggle alone, reach out for help today
